Katwalk For A Cause - April 3, 09: Eli Cepeda Participated and showcased her fashion designs at this event. The show was to raise funds for a non-profit (AYUDA) that seeks to travel to Latin America to aide children with Diabetes. Maria Velazques was the organizer and she will be traveling to Ecuador summer 09.

Miss Hispanic DE Pageant 2008: Elizabeth hosted the MHD pageant along with Mr. Jorge Pizarro & Cristian Tejerion from radio “La Exitosa”.
Miss Hispanic DE Pageant 2008: Director Dezine Leal recognized Elizabeth Cepeda at the MHD 2008 for her 7 years of service to the pageant.
Puerto Rican Parade 2008: Elizabeth Cepeda has been chosen as the first Dominican to be the Grand Marshal of the Hispanic parade (formally Puerto Rican Parade) in Wilmington, DE. This event has been in existence since the year 1977.
Radio Uno: Jose Prado from “Radio Uno” recognized Elizabeth Cepeda at the Puerto Rican Parade 2007 with the communication award.
Grand Ball of the LACC 2007: Elizabeth Cepeda was recognized among other outstanding Delaware Hispanics at the Grand Ball of The Latin American Community Center.
